Think Tampa's Market is Overpriced?

I got this from my eBay "widget" at the bottom of my blog page. A professionally restored 4,000 square foot bungalow in Dilworth, NC for $969,900! I wonder what THEIR taxes are....

I stuck a link to eBay on the blog.....not that no one else knows how to get there; just a convenience. I picked up an art deco light fixture for my front hall...haven't received it yet, but here's a picture of it.......and don't I feel smart learning how to paste an url right into my posts! I have been hitting eBay a lot lately.....they just don't have a lot of good antique/salvage shops here with the selection I want. There is an architectural salvage store in Sarasota, but that's a drive.....I go to the Habitat "ReStore" sometimes........good place for doors (if your patient) and kitchen/bathroom cabinets it you aren't concerned with the period style. I think there used to be a salvage store in Tampa.......
