Hmmm. Three things jumped out at me when I read this listing:
a) "Year Built: 2007"
b) "REMINISCENT of the early 1900's"
c)"BUILDER is providing...."
When coupled with the fact that no build or even a circa date is given for the home, let alone documentation that it IS historic, one would tend to believe that this is not what it first seems. I smell a rat!
